Refund policy

This draft policy is designed for future digital products and academy enrolments. Final timeframes must be confirmed before payments are enabled.

Digital products

If a product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be used on a listed compatible system after reasonable support, contact us with order and system details. We will first try to resolve the issue and provide a refund where required by law or our published guarantee.

Academy programmes

Cohort cancellation and transfer terms will be displayed before payment. If Core Tools cancels a programme, affected enrolments will be refunded or transferred at the student’s choice.
