These terms govern use of the Core Tools website, software products, downloads, and academy materials.

Licence and acceptable use

Unless a product licence says otherwise, purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in personal and commercial creative work. Product files, source material, lessons, and access credentials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

Accounts and access

Public visitors do not need accounts. Administrative access is restricted. Future academy or customer accounts will have additional terms presented before enrolment.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep products compatible with the versions shown on their product pages. Software and services may change, and features may be updated or discontinued with reasonable notice where practical.

Intellectual property

Core Tools branding, product software, documentation, course material, and original site content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are supplied on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Before commercial launch, these terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the business jurisdiction.
