01Are lessons live or prerecorded?+
The first academy programmes are planned to combine live online teaching, lesson recordings, guided projects and direct feedback. Final schedules will be shared before enrolment.
02Can I use Core Tools in commercial projects?+
Yes. Unless a product page says otherwise, Core Tools may be used in personal and client projects. The product files themselves may not be redistributed or resold.
03Do I need previous After Effects experience?+
No previous experience is required for After Effects Foundations. Intermediate programmes will clearly list their prerequisites.
04How do I report a bug or request a feature?+
Use the Support contact form and include the product version, After Effects version, operating system and clear steps for reproducing the problem.
05Which After Effects versions do Core Tools support?+
Compatibility is listed on every product page. Each release is tested against the versions shown before it is published.
06Will free resources be available?+
Yes. Core Tools plans to publish selected expressions, presets, project files and practical learning resources for free.
